THE STORY
Hello! Great to see you here. I'm Noelle and I am a recent graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City. I have an AAS and BFA in Fashion Design and specialized in childrenswear in my final semesters. In addition, I have a certificate in Haute Couture Techniques. I was a freelance designer at American Eagle and worked on the production team at Aerie. I have also interned at The Children's Place and Marchesa.

I am currently based in Vancouver, BC, Canada as a freelance designer, illustrator, and sole proprietor of Arbitrary Lines. I am also pursuing a certificate in Communication Design at BCIT.
Arbitrary Lines was founded in Houston, TX, in 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the shortage of face masks, I designed and handmade cotton masks that maximized comfort, protection, and fit. The product assortment has since expanded to made-to-order illustrations, prints, accessories and apparel. With Arbitrary Lines, I strive to channel my childrenswear background and design ethos of "thoughtfully-designed whimsy."

I design and handmake the products unless otherwise specified. I also handle the social media page, Etsy shop, website, and photography. An online business is still a bit new to me, but I'll try handle everything the best I can! Please email me at noelleho.design@gmail.com for any questions.
